Laura Prechel
President
I
serve as the chief executive officer of the chapter,
ultimately accountable for the plans, events, and programs
of the chapter. I communicate regularly with the advisory
board chairman as well as the executive committees.
I preside over weekly chapter meetings, and serve as
a member of the Membership Development Committee.
I
am also in charge of the Executive Committee, which
is made up of the Vice Presidents.

Lindsey Bren
VPA
My job is to oversee the chapter's calendar,
officer elections, the Chapter Leadership Workshop.
Emily Sturn
VPE
I
am responsible for planning and leading New Member Orientation
that occurs in the fall semester. I am also in charge
of planning Bid Day, Big Sis events, Initiation Week,
and Education programs presented at chapter meetings.
I am in charge of the Education Focus
Group.

Kristy McCormic
VPM
I
oversee everything that has to do with Formal Recruitment.
My job is to work with our National Theta Headquarters,
Panhellenic Association, and our chapter to make sure
the entire Recruitment process runs smoothly and successfully.
I chair the Executive Recruitment Board (ERB).
I am in charge of the Membership Focus
Group.

Katie Gongoll
VPF
My job is to
take care of sending out bills and receiving house payments.
I also am in charge of paying bills for the facility.
If you have any questions regarding Theta's finances,
I'm the person to talk to.
I am in charge
of the Finance Focus Group.

Rachelle Hadland
VPD
My job is to oversee Member Development Meetings and
maintain and update the chapter Member Development Manual.
I also serve on the Risk Management team. I work to
emphasize a positive attitude towards standards of excellence
in both individual and group settings, as well as to
implement a positive member development program that
emphasizes sisterhood and recognition.
I am in charge of the Development Focus Group.

Caroline Short
VPPR
I serve as the chapter's chief public relations officer
and execute all public relations efforts. I create and
implement a PR plan for the chapter with assistance
from the Executive Committee and the PR focus group
for promoting a favorable chapter image on campus and
maintaining positive relations with the chapter's target
audiences.
I am in charge of the External Relations Focus Group.

Theresa Wilson
VPPH
My role is to serve as our chapter's delegate to NDSU's
Panhellenic Council (PHC). I attend weekly Panhellenic
meetings on behalf of Theta, make regular reports to
the chapter, and express chapter opinion during PHC
meetings. I encourage Panhellenic cooperation and concern
within the chapter by educating and encouraging active
Panhellenic participation.
I am in charge of the Panhellenic Focus Group.
